Robert James Treadway, 79, of Minden passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2025 at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, VA.
Born March 21, 1946, in Minden, WV he was the son of the late Roy E. and Eddie Fransis Sprouse Treadway.
Robert was a retired coal miner and in his leisure, he enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family.
Along with his parents he is also preceded in death by his loving wife, Rose Ann Richmond Treadway; son, Martin L Treadway; grandson, Matthew D. Grubb; brothers, George, Albert, Red, Vernie, and Cecil; and sisters, Elsie, Annie, Francis, Daisy, Mary Ombler and Eddie "Sissy'.
Those left to cherish his wonderful memory include his loving daughter, Mary Grubb (Chester); son, Robert J Treadway, Jr.; grandchildren, Sarah B. Hamilton, Cierra N. Hamilton, Austin Treadway, Summer L. Treadway, Jenasen Treadway and River D. Treadway; and multiple great grandchildren.
In keeping with Mr. Robert Treadway wishes he will be cremated.
