Robert Utzler Obituary
Robert Frank Utzler, 76, of Rayland, OH passed away on February 28, 2025 at Carriage inn of Steubenville, OH. He was born on March 13, 1948 to the late Frank Russell and Lucy (Brotherton) Utzler. He is also preceded in death by three siblings William Utzler, Donna Parrish, Jeanne Kishbaugh. He is survived by his wife Lynn McLeish, one sister Marry Ellen (Richard) Chipps of Steubenville. Robert worked for Ft. Stuben Metal Products and was president of the Union. In Lieu of flowers donate to your favorite Animal Shelter. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
