ROBERT J. VILT, It is with a sad heart that we announce today, that Robert J. Vilt stepped into eternity to be with Jesus on Friday June 7, 2024. Beloved husband of 57 years to Jackie (nee DeMarco); loving father of Paul Vilt (Laura), Robin Vilt and Marc Vilt (Kerri); cherished grandfather of Matthew, Andrew, Kaitlyn, Neill, Alexander (Alexandria), Nicholas and Amelia Vilt; dear great grandfather of Avyana and Lennox Vilt; dearest son of John and Frances Vilt (both deceased); devoted brother of Patricia Ratzel (Gene) and Edward Vilt (deceased) (Patricia); admired uncle to many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the FERFOLIA FUNERAL HOME 356 WEST AURORA ROAD (OHIO ROUTE 82) SAGAMORE HILLS WHERE SERVICES WILL BE HELD THURSDAY JUNE 27, 2024 at 11:45AM (PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SERVICE TIME HAS CHANGED). VISITATION THURSDAY 9:00AM UNTIL TIME OF SERVICES. Cremains entombment 1:45PM at The Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery 10175 Rawiga Road, Seville, Ohio 44272. The family in lieu of flowers suggests memorial donation be made in Bob's name to Tunnel To Towers Foundation: t2t.org/donate.

BOB WAS MY NEIGHBOR GROWING UP, HIM AND HIS BROTHER WOULD HELP ME WORK ON MY CARS . WE WENT BOATING AND WATER SKING WITH MY DADS BOAT. WE WOULD SPEND HOURS RIDING AROUND IN OUR CARS DRIVING THROUGH MANNERS AND KENNY KINGS RESTAURANTS WHEN THEY HAD CAR HOPS. IT WAS GOOD TIMES !!
