Robert Voorhis Obituary
He leaves his daughters, Olivia Mayette of Manchester, CT and Kylie Voorhis of Manchester; his sister, Lisa Collins and her husband Jeff of Webster; his aunt, Pat Lawrie of Charlton; Nieces, Amanda Collins and Lauryn Collins of Webster and godson DJ Mayette.
Robert was predeceased by his grandmother Yvonne Fontaine and former father-in-law Donald R. Mayette.
Robert was born in Webster, the son of Robert J. and Theresa (LaPlante) Voorhis.
Robert took great pride in raising his two daughters, they were the love of his life. They defined who he was as a person. He enjoyed coaching his daughter Kylie's softball team. He loved visiting the beach with them.
He was a dedicated Patriots fan. He liked to listen to 80's hairbands, play video games in his spare time and watch the WWE.
He was a faithful member of St. Joseph's Church.
A Funeral Mass for Robert will be held on Tuesday, August 26th, at 11:00am in St. Joseph's Church, 10 H Putnam Rd. Ext., Charlton. A calling hour will take place Tuesday, August 26th at 10am, prior to the Mass. Burial will be private.
The Daniel T. Morrill Funeral Home, 130 Hamilton St., Southbridge, is directing arrangements.
