He is preceded in death by his mother, Pauline Oliver.
Rob is survived by his father, Robert Watkins (Vicky);stepfather, Kenny Oliver; sons, Martin Watkins (Lacee), and Matthew Watkins (Kanassanun U-Thaiyot); brothers, Bill Watkins, and Jim Watkins; sister, Tammy Watkins; grandchildren, Marshall and Kimberly Grace; nephew, Chris Watkins; nieces, Renee and Angela Watkins, and several loved great-nephews; great-nieces, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Sunday, December 21, 2025, followed by a 2:00 p.m. funeral service at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
