Robert S. White Jr., age 83, formerly of Wexford, died on September 26, 2025, at UPMC Passavant. Born August 18, 1942, in Pittsburgh, PA, he was the son of the late Robert and Esther (Kruse) White. Bob was a former member of the Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian Church in Wexford, PA. and the Cranberry Elks Lodge 2249. He was an avid sportsman, enjoying bowling and playing baseball, softball, and mushball. In 1973, Bob pitched a perfect game for the U.S. Steel Good Fellows Club in Gary, Indiana, a feat that remained a proud moment throughout his life.. Bob's playful spirit shone brightly during the holidays when he donned the red suit and white beard to become Santa Claus, bringing joy and wonder to children at the Clearview Mall in Butler, North Hills Village, and The Northway Mall on McKnight Rd. Bob was the beloved husband of Stanlee J. White, they shared 53 wonderful years of marriage; loving father of Tammie Cumming Ko and Kristin Giordani; loving grandfather of John, Alex, Matthew, Ashleigh and Alissa; dear brother of Esther (the late Henry) Scheibel; brother-in-law of Dawn (Glenn) Railey; and uncle of Brooke, Joellyn, Alyson, Brian, Brett and Gwynne. Bob is also survived by many great nieces, nephews and cousins. Special Thanks to Highland Hills Rehab, UPMC Passavant 5th floor staff and Family Hospice nurses, Nancy, Lucy and Lori.
