Robert K. Widlacki 85, of Coldwater Michigan was born in Evergreen Park IL. to the late Stephen and Mary (nee Rybka) Widlacki and passed away August 12, 2024. Beloved husband of the late Diane (nee Kusmider) Widlacki; loving father of Robert Widlacki, Tim (Nita) Widlacki, Julie Widlacki, Janet (Joshua) Malo, John (Qian) Widlacki, and Lisa Widlacki; proud papa of Kacie, Heather, Taylor, Teagan, Ashley, Kalie, Michael, Kyle, Ava, Caleb, Mia, Chloe, Olivia, and Logan; loving brother of Jeanette (the late Bob) Henley, the late Stephen (the late Marie) Widlacki, and the late Bill (Joan) Widlacki; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Robert was a devoted catholic and frequently attended church. Robert also was an avid fisherman, and Chicago Cubs fan. He was also known to be quite the "food critic". A visitation will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel 102 E. Francis Rd. New Lenox on Friday August 16, 2024 from 3-8pm. Chapel prayers will be the following morning at the funeral home at 9:30am. A Mass of Christial Burial will be at St Jude Catholic Church 10am. Interment with Military Honors to follow at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery Justice, IL 12pm.
