Robert E. Willard

Robert Ewen "Rob" Willard, age 61, a longtime resident of Dracut, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Monday, January 5, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.
He was the beloved husband of Joanne Ellen (Fougere) Willard, with whom he enjoyed 27 years of marriage.
He was born in Winchester on October 14, 1964, and was the son of the late Richard Walck and Gail Lorraine (Rennie) Willard.
Rob grew up in Winchester and graduated from Winchester High School in 1983. He was employed by the United States Postal Service in Winchester as a letter carrier for 35 years. He was adored by all of his customers and their dogs, until his retirement in 2020. Rob had a great sense of humor with a love of puns and making people laugh.
In addition to his loving wife, Rob is survived by his siblings Lorri Menard and her husband, Al from New Boston, NH, Jim Willard and his partner, Linda Thompson from Milton, DE and Lisa Healy and her husband, Mike from Atkinson, NH; his stepsons Matthew, Stephen and Bryan Geggis and his Granddaughter Caroline Geggis, with whom he absolutely loved and adored spending time with and spoiling. Along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Rob was predeceased by his sister Lynn Willard from Winchester, who passed away in 1969.
A celebration of life gathering will take place at a later date.
