Robert is survived by his wife, Virginia Moore Currie Wilson; a son, Micheal Lee Wilson; a sister, Susan Zimmerman Stanley and husband Craig; his friends, Jerry Deshotel, Charles Bezet and Gerald Moore; along with all of his family in Missouri.
Robert was preceded in death by his first wife, Wanda Faye Wilson; mother and step-father, Mildred Blackwell Zimmerman and David; two brothers, David Zimmerman, Gary Zimmerman and wife Karen.
The family would like to extend special thanks to the staff at River Oaks Nursing Home for their care and compassion.
