Robert Douglas Yard Jr., aged 63, of London, Arkansas, passed away peacefully at home on January 26, 2026. He was born on July 10, 1962, in Los Angeles, California, to Robert Douglas Yard Sr. and Lucille Theresa Yard. Robert was preceded in death by his beloved parents and two sisters, Roberta Barrow and Elizabeth Stanton.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Maria Julia Garcia Yard, and their three children: Jennifer Lopez Garcia, Wilmer Morales, and Josh Yard. Robert also cherished his role as a grandfather, leaving behind four grandchildren who brought him immense joy. He is further survived by his three sisters, Dolly Jenkins, Beckie Magee, and Regina Butler, as well as one brother, John Yard.

A passionate enthusiast of cars and trucks, Robert was known for his exceptional skills with tools and his willingness to help others. He shared his interests and talents generously, leaving a lasting impact on those around him.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on Thursday, January 29, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Russellville Family Funeral. A graveside service will take place on Friday, January 30, 2026, at 2:30 PM at Rest Haven Memorial Park. Arrangements are being handled by Russellville Family Funeral.

Pallbearers honoring Robert’s memory include Wilmer Morales, John Yard, Clint Jones, Aurther Jenkins, Aaron Jenkins, Jesus Garcia, Charles Cage, Marco Munoz, and Nelson Boquin.
