Roberta Yeh Arios Wallace, the fourth of five daughters, was brought into this world by Rodrigo Constancio Arios and Joshia (Betty) Yeh Arios, on December 26,1962. Surrounded by family she passed from pneumonia and lung cancer on July 25, 2025, in Santa Rosa, California. She was 62 years old.
"Robbie," as she was affectionately called by family members, was preceded in death by her loving husband Frederick (Freddy) Jr. and father-in-law, Frederick Sr. She is survived by her three children, Noah, Lucas (Amanda), and Sylva; four sisters, Mary (Harrell), Juanita (Steve), Gloria (Paul), and, Maureen (Randy); six nephews and nieces, Jacob (Sarah), Ariana (Danny), Fiona (Ramon), Alexander (Alejandra), Blue, and Willem; numerous great nephews and great nieces; mother-in-law, Lena, brother-in-law, AJ, and sister-in-law, Conjetta.
Robbie obtained her Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at University of the Pacific. She interned at NASA developing tiles for the space shuttles.
As a member of State Farm's Senior Investigative Unit, she made an impact identifying potential criminals for the Company's further review. She then began her second career as a professional mother raising her three children and managing the family home.
Family legacy was important to her. She once created a family cookbook containing all the comforting recipes our mother used to prepare, in addition with each sister's favorites. Robbie loved to cook, in particular, deviled eggs, caramel turtles, and her famous fried chicken. Throughout her home are indications of memories of family life.
Robbie was generous in heart. She gifted all of us with thoughtful presents. She opened her home, not only for holidays and visits, but for longer stays. Jacob resided there for one year, during his first job at Sutter. She loved taking family vacations, the last one being in April to visit Sylva in DC.
She was the most artistic, brilliant, and quick witted person. She could out trivia any of us, knowing facts about the Middle Ages through the most recent newsworthy occurrences. She could converse with anyone. Her love of reading and Jeopardy were her two favorite things.
Robbie leaves a huge void, never to be filled, and we will miss her immensely.
