Roberta Ann Bertoch

Roberta Ann Bertoch went to be with the Lord November 7, 2022. Roberta was born on August 2, 1935, to George & Lucile Harvey in Kansas City, Missouri. After graduation from Paseo High School in Kansas City, Roberta went on to get a degree from the University of Central Missouri.
Roberta worked at Westminster Day School from 1972 until her retirement in 2000. She worked in the office and taught typing and keyboarding. Roberta was a strong advocate for education, working as many as three jobs at a time to help her two sons, David and Karl, attend Westminster Day school and Bishop McGuinness High School. She enjoyed traveling the world with her long-time companion Marian Opala until his passing in 2010. She loved being a grandmother to her granddaughter Olivia and was a devoted dog mom to many dogs including her most recent, Jack.
Roberta is preceded in death by her father and mother; George Harvey and Lucile Harvey; sister Bonnie Harvey; and long-time companion Marian P. Opala. She is survived by her brother Charlie Harvey; sister Pat Harvey; sons, Karl and David Bertoch; daughter-in-law Joyce Bertoch, and granddaughter Olivia Bertoch.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at 1:00pm at All Souls Episcopal Church. In honor of Roberta's memory donations can be made to All Souls Episcopal Church.
