Fort Worth - Bobbie Cain, 63, passed away peacefully at home in Fort Worth, Texas, on Sunday, February 18, 2024.
Visitation: 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, February 23, 2024, in Mount Olivet Chapel in the Sandburg Suite.
Bobbie was born in St. Louis, Missouri on February 22, 1960, to John and Shirley O'Laughlin, and was the youngest of four children to the couple. Bobbie worked for 27 years as a child nutrition specialist for Keller Independent School District before retiring and working as a special needs school bus monitor for the same district. She loved reading, cooking, doing counted cross-stitch projects, and collecting salt and pepper shakers from her travels.
Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Patricia Willard and husband, Herb; and brother, Patrick Michael O'Laughlin.
She is survived by her loving husband, Paul Cain Sr.; brother, John O'Laughlin and wife, Carmen; son, Paul Cain Jr. and wife, Crystal Duermeyer; daughter, Erik Thomas and husband, Joshua; granddaughter, Savannah Cain; and soon-to-be arriving grandson; and numerous nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.
