Roberta Rose James was born on July 1, 1980, in Seattle, Washington, to Robert James and Sandy Chickite. She passed away on September 17, 2024, in Seattle, Washington.
A proud member of the Muckleshoot Tribe, Roberta was known for her bright spirit and infectious laughter. She loved to socialize, always bringing happiness and humor to those around her. Dancing and playing basketball were among her favorite pastimes, and she made lasting memories with friends and family through these activities.
Roberta was preceded in death by her father, Robert James, her mother, Sandy Lou Chickite, her sister, Mandy Sims, her niece, Nora Jerry, and other beloved family members.
She is survived by her beloved daughters, Kristal and Anna Lou Vejar, her brothers, Tim James and Raymond James, and her sisters, Lana James, Delores James, and Julia Beans, and her Aunt Carole Chickite.
Roberta's vibrant personality, love for life, and joyful nature will be remembered fondly by those who knew and loved her.
