Roberta Louise Jennings, 70, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Saturday, February 28, 2026.

She was born on December 4, 1955 to Louis Leroy and SyBilla May (Thompson) Bass.

Roberta found great joy in the open road and pursued a career that allowed her to explore the vastness of the country. As an on-the-road truck driver, she could often be found behind the wheel of her big rig. She also loved to bake.

She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter April Hood, granddaughter Cristen White, brothers Ronnie & Russell Bass and sister Debbie Chesser.

Survivors include her husband Ronnie E. Jennings, children Amy Breedlove, Tabatha White (Amy) and David White (Crystal); grandchildren Roni Jean, Jessie, Cherokee, Chianne, Channeya, Jeffrey, Chantel and Jessica, great-grandchildren Elisha, Ezequiel, Easton and Winsley, sister Linda Post, brother Robert Bass, and extended family and friends.

Natural Farewell under the direction of Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. The family will gather with friends 6:00 – 8:00 P.M., Monday, March 9, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory.
