Roberta Ann Patton, 67, of Pueblo, gained her heavenly wings on December 5, 2025 surrounded by siblings at Parkview Medical Center. She was born on July 18, 1958 to Robert Lee and Vera Ruth (Palmer) Goodrich. Roberta was raised in La Junta.
She graduated from Swink High School in 1976. Roberta married Clifford Patton on April 13, 1984 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The couple lived in Swink, Colorado until her job with McLeod USA Phone Company relocated her and her family to Pueblo West in 2001.
Roberta worked at many businesses; Kipper’s Grocery Store, Safeway, Santa Fe Railroad, Daycare/Tupperware Sales Representative, PTI/Century Tel, Peacock-Larsen Funeral Home, Evergreen Gardens, McLeod USA Phone Company, and Wendy’s.
Roberta is survived by her loving husband, Clifford of the family home; children, Travis and his children Caitlin, Tyllar, Brayden, and Phoebe, all of Pueblo West, Tara and her children Kasen, Aryanna, and Zaniyah of Colorado Springs, Mary and Robert Patton of Pueblo West, bonus daughter, Katharine and her children Trent, Nathan, and Clayton of Pueblo; great-granddaughter, Brianna of Pueblo West.
She was proceeded in death by her father and mother, Robert and Vera Goodrich, father and mother-in-law, Bill and Lola Patton, and her niece, Amy Little.
Roberta loves her dogs, Bobby and Aspen, going to Bingo, watching the Denver Nuggets and Denver Broncos, watching her grandson Kasen play baseball, attending activities of all her grandchildren, family game nights, and coaching Special Olympics Bowling. Most known for her love of people, her care and compassion for others, ability to make others feel welcome.
A memorial service will be held Friday, December 12, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Valley Community Church with Pastor Tim Muth officiating.
