Roberta Ann Perez

Roberta Perez, 72, passed away peacefully on February 9th, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on May 11th, 1953, to Robert and Virginia (Lewis) Riley, Roberta lived a life defined by her bright smile, joyful sense of humor, and dedication to those she loved.

A retired nurse assistant, Roberta dedicated her life to caring for patients and helping others. She was a woman of many talents and passions, including quilting, cooking, and traditional basket weaving. Her favorite pastime was visiting Californian Native Casinos, where she loved hitting those jackpots. Most of all, Roberta's greatest joy was her family, with whom she cherished every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and the many nieces and nephews who brought her so much happiness.

Roberta was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Michael Perez; four brothers: Thomas, Emmett, Kenneth and Michael; and two grandchildren: Charles and Amanda. She is survived by her siblings: Anthony Riley Sr., Tamara Riley, and Douglas Riley. She also leaves behind her four children: Charles Riley, Robert Perez, Melissa Perez, and Leslie Perez; 16 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren, with two more on the way.

She held a special place in her heart for all of her friends and wished everyone in her life to know how much she loved them. Roberta's warmth, love, and spirit will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
