Obituary published on Legacy.com by Green Hills Funeral Home - Middlesboro on Nov. 4, 2025.
Robey Todd Walters, age 52, a resident of Pineville, Kentucky, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on November 2, 2025 while surrounded by the love of his family.
He was born in
Middlesboro, Kentucky on January 13, 1973 to the late Rev. Robey Archie Walters and Brenda Taylor Walters who survives.
There are not enough words to describe the wonderful Husband, Father, Son, Brother and Friend that Todd was. A true family man, it didn't take long when talking with Todd for him to tell of his wife, Janie and his children, Jackson, Carson and Khloe – they were his pride and joy. To know Todd was to love him, strangers quickly became friends, and a simple hello became a conversation.
Todd loved the Lord and was Saved in May 1984 at the age of 11. He was a member of Wasioto Baptist Church. His love for the Lord flowed into his love for people.
In his professional life, Todd attended the University of Kentucky where he earned a Doctorate in Pharmacy. He owned several pharmacies within his community, including co-ownership of Jeff's Pharmacy in Middlesboro and Value RX Pharmacy's in Tazewell, Sneedville and Talbot. He loved to get to know and serve his community through his work.
Todd also had an immense interest and love for firearms. He started his own business, Big Boss Arms, where he built and sold custom firearms. Again, his love for others shined and flowed freely because through this hobby he was able to meet and forge friendships with so many people. He even considered this opportunity a calling because he used these friendships to witness and tell them of Jesus.
All who crossed paths with Todd will be in remembrance of his love and joy for God, family and friends. The impact he has had on his community has left a lasting effect that is evident in the outpouring of love for him that has been shown. His testimony will continue to live on in the hearts of his family and many, many friends.
Left to cherish his memory, loving wife and children, Janie Walters, Jackson Todd Walters, Carson Robey Walters and Khloe Grace Walters, mother Brenda Walters, sisters Angela Carroll and husband Kevin, Pam Miracle and husband Rev. Lynn, father and mother-in-law Robert and Geraldine Marcum, sisters and brothers-in-law Becky Brown and Tony Love, Susan and Brett Moore, Scotty and Jenny Marcum, nieces and nephews Courtney Carroll, Mackenzie and Blaine Green, Kaelyn Miracle, Jordan Miracle, Colton Brown, Destiny Brown, Jacob and Ashley Moore, Jordan Moore, Konner Marcum, Brody Marcum, Seth Marcum, great nieces and nephews Beckham Green, Emilia Moore, Autumn Moore, Leon Moore, special cousins Jeff Moore and Dr. C.A.
