Robin Oline Blevins, born on October 7, 1977, in Abingdon, Virginia, passed away peacefully at home on March 20, 2025, after a long, courageous three-year battle with cancer. She was a loving wife, mother, and Nana, known for her kind heart and beautiful soul.
Robin dedicated her career to being a hairdresser, a profession that allowed her to express her creativity and connect with people. Her warm personality drew many to her, and she took joy in her work and in making others feel special.
In her free time, Robin enjoyed crafting and cherishing moments spent with her family. Her devotion to her loved ones was evident in everything she did. She is survived by her mother, Carolyn Neal; husband, James Blevins; daughters, Brittany Blevins and Whitney Barnett (Zachary); and her beloved grandchildren, Bentley, Dawson, and Natalee Barnett. Robin also leaves behind several nieces and nephews, who will miss her dearly.
Robin was preceded in death by her father, Roger Neal, and her grandparents, George and Geneva Boardwine. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Monday, March 24, 2025 at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service. A graveside will be held on Tuesday, March 25 1:00 p.m. at Blevins Family Cemetery, 7029 Brushy Hill Lane, Saltville, VA 24370 with Robert Osborne officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be Isaac Chaffin, Zack Blevins, Zach Barnett, David Ferguson, Thomas Blevins and Elvis Blevins. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Ferguson, Tyler Blevins and Willie Ferguson.
