Robin Y. Elliot

Robin Y. Elliott, 78, a resident of Liberty, MS., passed away on March 8, 2026 at the Aston Court Living Facility in McComb, MS.

A graveside service will be held at 11 AM Saturday March 21, 2026 at the Family Cemetery at 5170 Pecan Rd., Liberty, MS. Dr. David Millican will officiate. Hartman-Jones Funeral Home of McComb is in charge of arrangements.

Robin was born on December 10, 1947 in Wichita Falls, Texas. She is the daughter of the late, Clifton and Robie Jones Yaun.

Robin was a Advertising Sales Agent and of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed art, gardening and painting. She was a wonderful and loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her parents; three bothers, Jesse Yaun, Charlie Yaun and John Yaun, and one granddaughter, Jordan Holler.

She is survived by her three sons, Jeff Schexnayder, David A. Schexnayder and Zachary Elliot (Kayleigh), one brother, Ben Yaun (Carol), two sisters, Janie Yaun and Lucy Higgins (Johnny), two grandchildren, Aria Schexnayder and Claire Schexnayder with numerous nieces and nephews.
