Robin Harker

Robin Marguerite Harker, age 66 of Sturgis, Michigan, passed away peacefully Saturday afternoon, December 20, 2025, at Centrica Rose Arbor Place in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
She was born on December 8, 1959, in Sturgis, Michigan, the daughter of Charles Owen and Donna Belle (Smith) Wall. A lifelong resident of the Sturgis area, Robin was a graduate of Sturgis High School.
Robin spent several years working with Connie's Cleaning in Sturgis before following her independent spirit and establishing her own cleaning service. She took great pride in her work and in caring for her home. Music of nearly every kind filled her days, but her greatest joy came from time spent with her family. Above all else, Robin cherished her role as a mother and grandmother, and her happiest moments were those shared with her children and especially her grandchildren.
She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Shalane (Miguel) Alvarez of Elkhart, Indiana; her sons, Jamie (Lindi Cossairt) Schrader of Sturgis and Sloane Sanderson of Colon; her beloved grandchildren, Miguel, Mariah and Gabriel Alvarez, and Lyric and Brynleigh Sanderson; her mother, Donna Belle Klinefelter of Sturgis; her sister, Michelle Wall of Sherwood; her brothers, John (Stephanie) Wall and Alvie (Danean) Wall, both of Sturgis, and Chuck Wall of Sherwood; along with many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father.
In honoring Robin's wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M., Saturday, January 3, at Hackman Chapel of Hackman Family Funeral Homes, 114 S. Nottawa Street in Sturgis.
