Robin Renee Hauskins April 27, 1961 - April 19, 2024
Our dearest Robin Renee Hauskins left this earth too soon on April 19, 2024, but she left us with the fondest of memories. A beautiful soul inside and out, she brightened the lives of so many with her radiant smile and bright blue eyes. Her warmhearted outlook on life was contagious. She chose to live life to the fullest and no situation could keep this brave warrior down. We will always remember her love of nature, Big Foot, butterflies, Big Bird, and her toes in the sand.
Robin was born in Whittier, California to parents Larry and Judith Hauskins in 1961. Eight years later, in 1969, her brother and "little buddy", Jeffery Hauskins, completed the family. The family soon moved to SE Portland Oregon where Robin spent her younger years. When she was around age 10 her parents built a beautiful home in Gladstone for her middle and high school years. She had many good memories there with her family. That home always held a special place in her heart.
Robin attended Clackamas Community College and completed the Office Administration Program. She dedicated much of her career as an in-home care provider for the State of Oregon for 15 years. Her talent and compassion for working with the elderly touched many lives, making a significant difference to those she cared for.
Robin bravely battled breast cancer for over three years. In her final days, she was surrounded by family and peacefully passed away on a beautiful sunny morning at Milwaukie Providence Hospital.
Robin's daughters and grandchildren are profoundly grateful for the example she set through her hard work and devotion to her family. She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
In accordance with Robin's wishes, her ashes will be released into the upper Clackamas River, her favorite place to be, and the Pacific Ocean.
Robin is survived by her three daughters (Tifany, Crystal, and Jaycee), her six beautiful grandchildren (Nathan, Aubrey, Brooke, Cailyn, Jeremiah, and Juliana), and her brother (Jeffery).
