Robin R. Lamison

Robin R. Lamison, 59, of Nu Mine, passed away on January 31, 2023 at her son's residence in DuBois.
She was born on May 3, 1963 to Chester, Sr. and Janet (Vallies) Hockenberry in Kittanning. She was a member of the NuMine Church of Nazarene. Robin was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Her favorite thing in the world was to spend time with her grandchildren. Robin was very active in Sunday school ministry, youth groups, and vacation Bible schools. She loved children and cared for everyone, often inviting people to live with her and Edgar to help people get back on their feet. Robin loved her parents, siblings, and nephews, nieces, and cousins very much.
Robin is survived by her husband of 42 years, Edgar Lamison, Jr.; two sons, Justin (Penni) Lamison of Dubois and Joshua (Robin) Lamison of Shelocta; 11 grandchildren; sister, Pam (Mason) Reitz of Rural Valley; two brothers, Chester (Mindy) Hockenberry, Jr. and Randy (Wanda) Hockenberry, both of Kittanning; mother-in-law, Nancy Doms of Kittanning; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father-in-law, Edgar Lamison, Sr.
Visitation will be held Friday, February 3, 2023, 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Carson/Boyer Funeral Home, Inc., 724 W. Main St. Rural Valley, PA.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 4, 2023, 11:00 am from the Funeral Home with her son, Pastor Justin Lamison, officiating.
Burial will take place in the North Point Cemetery.
