Robin Laverne Moyer

Robin Laverne Moyer, age 61, of Jasper, MI, passed away on Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. He was born in Hudson, MI, on May 1, 1964, the son of Gerald and Hilda (Houttekier) Moyer. After graduating from Sand Creek High School in 1983, he worked various jobs before entering into the employment of local government, serving as a civil servant.

Robin was an avid sports fan who especially loved auto racing. He always looked forward to going to the Oak Shade race track and the Michigan International Speedway. He enjoyed his children and took pleasure in tormenting them by challenging them in the world of video games.

Robin is survived by his father, Gerald Cool, of Jasper, MI; his children, Heather Moyer of Morenci, MI, and J. Robert (Kristin Bissell) Moyer, and Cameron Moyer, both of Adrian, MI; his greatest joys, Serena "Sage", Brody, Charles, and Paul; several siblings; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother and biological father; his step-mom, Donna Moyer; as well as various other relatives.

At his request, cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation for Robin will take place from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at the Tecumseh Chapel of Handler Funeral Homes.
