Robin Evette Pitts

Robin E. Pitts, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on January 16, 2025, in Springfield, Ohio, at the age of 56. Born on February 11, 1968, in Columbus, Ohio, she lived her life with a heart of gold and an infectious sense of humor that brightened the days of those fortunate enough to know her.

Robin dedicated over 26 years to her career with Victoria's Secret, where she was a Special Handler, a position that was a testament to her hard work and dedication. Her professional life mirrored the warmth she shared with family and friends; she was admired not only for her contributions at work but also for the love she poured into her personal relationships. 

Robin took immense joy in the company of her family, often mentioning how her grandchildren lit up her life. She is survived by her beloved husband; Steven Pitts; daughters, Stevey Pitts and Eryn Pitts Velazquez; and son-in-law, Antonio Velazquez. Her legacy will be cherished by her four grandchildren: Wade Burkett, Thor Henderson Pitts, Aubrey Pitts-Moor, and Wyatt Velazquez. The laughter and love she shared with them will echo in their hearts forever.

A loving sister, Robin is also remembered by her three siblings: Lisa, Sean, and Ron; as well as her nephew, Demitrius Bradley, and his family that includes his wife, Tasha, along with his children Maliyah, Julexia, and Demarion. While her parents; Ronald Eiland and Marion Banner; her bonus father, Grady Banner; and her brother, Carey McCary have passed on, their memories continue to resonate through Robin's family.

Robin was actively involved in her community as a member of Alpha Sweethearts and the AKA, reflecting her generous spirit and commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others. She enjoyed relaxing and working on plastic canvases during her leisure time, finding solace and creativity in her hobbies. She was also an avid fan of the football team, The Pittsburgh Steelers. 

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, January 26, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, at Newcomer Funeral Home, 3380 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio. This gathering will be a time for family and friends to share their cherished memories, honoring a remarkable woman whose love and light will be deeply missed.

Robin E. Pitts leaves behind a legacy of warmth, laughter, and love, forever etched in the hearts of those who knew her.
