With love and gratitude, we celebrate the life of Robin L. Webb, CCIM, who passed away peacefully at home on August 19, 2025, surrounded by his beloved wife, Soozi, and their loyal puppy, Peaches. He was 78. Born September 12, 1946, in Atlanta, Georgia, Robin became a man at just 14 years old when he began living on his own. In those early years, he made a commitment to himself: to build a life beyond poverty. He grew into a man of strength, determination, and character. Robin was a professional drummer-constantly tapping out rhythms on his legs, at the table, or on his drum set-and a proud Georgia Bulldog fan who never missed a game. He wore his red with pride and loved discussing players, predictions, and game-day strategy. His favorite meal was a great steak paired with a glass of pinot noir, always followed by dessert. His grandchildren knew that if they asked, Pop would happily take them for a milkshake at their favorite beachside ice cream shack. Robin dedicated nearly four decades to a distinguished career in commercial real estate. CCIM was his passion. He served as the 2017 global president of the CCIM Institute, expanding the organization's international reach to more than 30 countries, reintroducing programs in Mexico and engaging professionals in China, Russia, and Korea. He also served as President of CCIM Technologies and the CCIM Foundation, and was a long-time Senior CCIM Instructor, sharing his knowledge with students since 2005. He was also the co-creator of the Site to Do Business analytics platform, underscoring his commitment to innovation and education. Beyond CCIM, Robin was the Principal of Commercial America Properties, his boutique firm serving investment and hospitality clients. His personal sales volume exceeded $1 billion, and he held executive roles as Executive Vice President of Prudential Florida Realty (later Coldwell Banker Commercial) and Managing Director of NAI Realvest. His professional designations - CCIM, CPM, CHA, MRICS - reflected his expertise and pursuit of excellence. He was honored with lifetime achievement awards and remembered as a champion for those beginning their real estate careers, always serving as a mentor and guide. Family, however, was Robin's proudest accomplishment. From the day he and Soozi joined their lives together, he embraced family at every turn - celebrating milestones, traveling the world, cheering from the stands at games, and bringing laughter to holiday gatherings. His happiest place was on a boat or by the ocean, sharing long conversations with those he loved. Robin is survived by his wife, Soozi; his son, Kurtis Webb; his stepdaughter, Bobbi Miracle; his stepson, Michael Jones; his cherished grandchildren, Thomas Jones, Abbi Miracle, Keira Jones, and Tyler Miracle and his nephews Denson Wright and Derek Wright; and his faithful pup, Peaches. He also leaves behind countless colleagues, students, and friends who became family. The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Dr. David "Chip" Molthrop and his staff at the Florida Cancer Specialists and Research Institute for their care and compassion while treating Robin.
