Rob was a self-employed farmer and handyman who enjoyed fishing, hunting, and working in the yard on the family farm. However his greatest joy came from simply playing with his grandchildren and spending time with family and friends. Rob had been baptized in the Moundsville Pentecostal Church.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Alvin and Dorothy Yoho and his "brother-by-heart," Roy Yoho. Left to cherish his memory are his devoted wife of nine years, Melissa Kerns Yoho; his mother, Patty Yoho Leek of Moundsville; step-children, Micheal Davis of Moundsville, Sumer (Danny) Doty of Youngstown, Austin (Rana) Wilson, and RJ Snyder, both of Moundsville; sisters, Melissa Leek of Martins Ferry and Amy Yoho Syoc of McMechen; mother-in-law, Virginia Maxine White of Moundsville; sister-in-law, Lisa (Sam) Hall of Moundsville; the lights of his life, his grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and his four-legged baby, Willy.
Family and friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home, Harper Chapel, on Saturday, May 31 from 3pm until a time of remembrance at 5pm when family and friends will be invited to honor Rob's memory by sharing their memories. Following the services, a dinner for all in attendance will be held at the Jerusalem Community Church.
