Robinjo Catherine Day, of Oxford, passed away Saturday, October 25, 2025, at the age of 61. Mrs. Day, a loving wife, devoted family woman, and loyal friend, passed away after fighting a hard battle with courage and grace. Married for 45 years, she shared a beautiful life filled with love, laughter, and kindness. She adored her family and her beloved fur babies, Teddy and Baby Girl.Mrs. Day never met a stranger — her infectious laugh and generous heart made everyone feel welcome. She found joy in the simple things, especially trips to the mountains for trout fishing and big cookouts with family and friends — the more, the better. Always willing to lend a hand, she lived a life of service and compassion, touching countless lives along the way. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her warmth, laughter, and the love she shared so freely with everyone around her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Pius Julius Kindle and Phyllis Barbara Kindle.
Survivors include her husband, Jeff Day; daughter, Morgan Day; sons, Matthew Day (Samantha), James Day (Nicole Bennett; grandchildren, Hayden Day, James Moorehead; brothers, Dennis Kindle (Lynn), Marty Kindle (Gayla), Todd Kindle (Nancy); as well as several nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life for Mrs. Day will be held Wednesday, October 29, 2025, 5:00 P.M., at the Chapel of Caldwell & Cowan, 1215 Access Road, in Covington. Friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home, Tuesday, October 28, from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M.
