Robyn J. Krause, 36, of Fargo, ND, passed away tragically Monday, December 23, 2024, as a result of injuries sustained in a pedestrian-vehicle accident in Fargo.
Robyn Jean Krause was born March 13, 1988, the daughter of Mark and Tamara (Dahlum) Krause in Fargo, ND. She grew up in Fargo, where she graduated from Fargo North High School in 2007. Following high school, Robyn went on to further her education at Moorhead State University in Moorhead. She then went on to begin a dedicated career at Walmart on 52nd in Fargo and where she worked for the last 12 years.
Despite being born with Cerebral Palsy, Robyn embraced life with determination, courage and an unwavering spirit. Her sweet and caring nature was evident in her constant thoughtfulness towards others. One of her greatest joys in life was her role as an aunt, relishing in the precious moments shared with her beloved nieces and nephew.
Along with spending time with family, Robyn enjoyed watching movies, going to concerts, playing video games and embracing every opportunity to spend time at the lake. She also was one to try new foods, as long they were not spicy.
She is survived by her father, Mark; siblings, Nikki (Chris) Andreasen, Jodi (Matt Solberg) Krause, Kevin (Emily) Piekutowski, Brad (Lindsay) Piekutowski, and Tracee Piekutowski; nieces and nephews, Meredith Andreasen (Robyn’s God-Daughter), Molly Andreasen, Kai Solberg (Robyn’s God-Son); Brendan Piekutowski, and Kathryn and Kados Loudan; grandfather, Vern Krause; aunt, Eileen Johnson; and many cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Tamara Krause; grandparents, Vern and Ina Dahlum, and Jean Krause.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be on Thursday, January 16, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with a 6:30 PM Prayer Service in Korsmo Funeral and Cremation Service, Moorhead, MN.
Her Celebration of Her Life will be 11:00 AM, Friday, January 17, 2024, at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, Moorhead, MN.
She will be laid to rest with her mother, Tamara, in the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd Columbarium.
