Age 60, of Massachusetts and North Carolina, formerly of O’Hara Twp., died tragically in an automobile accident, on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, Rocco was the beloved husband of Lynne Volpe; father of Gavin Volpe (Jaci), Hannah Volpe, Ainsley Volpe, Ellie Volpe; step-father of Ella Isaacson, Ava Isaacson, Samuel Isaacson, Francis Johnston, Harold Johnston; son of Georgine Vidina Volpe and the late Rocco Volpe Sr.; brother of Brian Volpe (Jacqueline).
Rocco was a graduate of Fox Chapel High School, where he was an exceptional athlete playing football and running track. He was an accomplished businessman serving as COO for many successful businesses, traveling worldwide. Rocco was in the process of fulfilling his lifelong dream of building a cabin with his wife Lynne.
Celebrate Rocco’s life with his family on Monday from 2-7 PM at PERMAN FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, INC., Shaler Twp. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Christ the King Parish, St. Joseph Church on Tuesday at 10:30 AM.
