Rochelle V Runnels

Rochelle V Runnels, Beloved mother of two to Adelina Marcela & Cylis Runnels, of Warden Washington passed away April 29th, 2025, leaving a void in all our hearts that is irreplaceable.
Rochelle was born in Mt. Vernon Washington in 1988 to Victor & Rebecca Flores. She attended Warden High School graduating class of 2006. Rochelle worked in retail management the majority of her career, she would never just look at her job as just a job but a way of helping people and a way of benefitting the community in any way possible. Rochelle's leadership reflected on her whole team & was always someone you could count on, a straight shooter who would get their point across without judgment and would always provide sound advice. Someone who would always be willing to give people a second chance in life no matter what the situation, she always see the good in people. Rochelle ended her career at dollar general in Warden as a very Successful store Manager.
Rochelle was a devoted mother to Addie, Cylis and her 4 legged baby Star. Rochelle got her joy by helping others and seeing all her children happy. Rochelle and her kids would make meals to feed less fortunate people who were unable to feed themselves, give them toiletries, health items, and essentials to make them feel cared for. She did absolutely anything and everything in her power to make her kids feel loved, happy and give them all they deserved, taking them on countless trips out of town every chance she got, throwing them the best parties going above and beyond every time, because of you Rochelle our hearts will be stronger and we will never stop fighting for what is right.
Rochelle is survived by her children Adelina & Cylis Runnels, & her fur baby Star. Her Mother and Father Rebecca & Victor Flores. Her two sisters Iesha (Julian) Lopez & Adrianna (Joseph) Hintsala. Her brother Victor Flores Jr (Vanessa Molina). Her nieces and nephews; Makai, Cali, Jayceon, Davina, Mia, Jonah, Olivia and Luke. Many cousins, uncles and aunts, as well as many of her friends and family whom she cared deeply for.
