Roger Ault Obituary
Surviving Roger is his long-time loving companion, Jennie Lincoln; daughter, Shelly (Mark) Schumaker of Lafollette, TN; son, Michal (Jennifer) Ault of Deshler; step-children, Russell (Kim) Lincoln of Norfolk, VA, Harry (Kathy) Lincoln of North Baltimore, Henry (Michelle) Lincoln of North Baltimore, David (Kelly) Lincoln of Bowling Green, Jennifer Morris of Perrysburg, Jessica (Todd) Yoder of Bowling green; grandchildren, Tabitha Schumaker, Anthony Schumaker, Rusty (Bianca) Ault; great-grandchildren, Kaitlin Schumaker, Grace Schumaker, Victoria Johnson, Jordan Johnson, Madison Schumaker, Aubrey Ault, Frank Michal Ault; step-grandchildren, Jon, Victoria, Courtney, Brock, Madison, Rachelle, Eric, and Audrey Lincoln, Jason Morris, Nicklaus & Colin; sisters-in-law, Elva Ault & Betty Ault. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry & Garnet; and brothers, Robert, William, Harry C. "Bus," Frederick, and Donald.
Roger was a 1960 graduate of Elmwood High School, earned an Electrical Engineer Degree from Terra State Community College, and then worked 40+ years as a maintenance manager at Fostoria Industries. Among many hobbies over the years, Roger was an avid hunter and enjoyed 4 wheeling, and tinkering around his garage. He will always be remembered as a creative thinker, fixer of all things, and throwing the most amazing 4th of July Parties for many years.
Friends will be received from 3-5 PM on Friday, February 23, 2024, at Barndt Funeral Home in Wayne, Ohio, where a Celebration of Life Service will begin on Friday at 5 PM with Pastor Brad Kehn officiating. Burial will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Wayne Public Library. Online condolences can be sent to Roger's family at www.barndtfuneralhome.org.
