Roger Clarence Bullard, a devoted husband, father and grandfather, went to be with the Lord September 21, 2025 at the age of 81. Roger was born November 6, 1943 to Reginald and Alfreda (Gates) Bullard in Mobile, Alabama. He graduated from Murphy high school and shortly after married his sweetheart, Patricia Ann (Dixon) Bullard, August 16, 1963. He was a loyal husband, father, grandfather, caregiver and most importantly , a steadfast servant to the Lord. He retired from Scott Paper Company and after the passing of his son Roger (Bubba) Bullard Jr. , adopted his grandchildren, Leah and Jaxson and truly raised them as their own children. He was the most humble, loving and unwavering man. He attended Snow Road Missionary Baptist Church and served as a Deacon and Sunday school teacher. Roger was proceeded in death by his wife, Patricia Ann Bullard, son, Roger (Bubba) Bullard Jr; parents, Reginald and Alfreda (Gates) Bullard, brother Reginald (Rex) Bullard Jr; and granddaughter, Felicia Renée Dixon. He is survived by his sister Diane (Bullard) Van Slyke, daughter, Kelly Pittman (Byron) and Paige DuBose (Billy); 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Services will be held Thursday, September 25, 2025 with visitation from 11 AM to 12 PM and funeral services beginning at 12 pm From the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
