He is survived by his daughter: Kelly Butterfield of New Auburn; step-daughters: Kim (Rod) Cairns Eagan, MN, Kristy (Christopher) Crownhart of Mountain Home, ID; brother: Ralph (Carol) Butterfield of New Auburn; ex-wife: Sandra Butterfield, grandchildren: Forest (Brittany) Dressel, Lillianna Score, Kateland Reinolt, Madeline Crownhart, Kyle Crownhart; great-grandchildren: Maverick and Jentry Dressel; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents: William and Alice Butterfield; wife: Debra; brothers: Bill, Ray, Jack, and Robert Butterfield; sisters: Shirley Stanford, Mary Snodgrass, Ella Waterhouse, Lois Fedie and Audrey Biery.
