Roger Kevin Conley, born on February 7, 1960, in Fort Worth, Texas, passed away on November 7, 2024, at the age of 64. He will be remembered as a devoted family man, a respected Navy Lieutenant, and a courageous individual who faced life’s challenges with dignity and grace.
Kevin's military service is a testament to his dedication and commitment to his country. As a Navy Lieutenant, he served with honor, exemplifying the values of duty and integrity. His fellow servicemen and women remember him for his leadership and camaraderie.
Kevin's battle with multiple sclerosis, which he was diagnosed with at 28, showcased his resilience and strength He navigated the complexities of this illness with unwavering spirit, serving as an inspiration to those around him.
Kevin is survived by his beloved wife, Peggy Baldwin Conley, whose love and support were integral to his life. He leaves behind a close-knit family that includes his brothers, Kent Conley and his wife Maria, and Keith Conley and his wife Brenda. He also cherished his relationships with his brother-in-law, Joe Baldwin, and his wife, Krystina Horton Baldwin. The joy of his life was amplified by the many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews who filled his days with laughter and love.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alma and Kenneth Conley, whose legacy of love and guidance lives on through Roger's family.
The family invites friends and community members to pay their respects at Emerald Hills Funeral Home & Memorial Park in Kennedale, Texas. A visitation will be held on November 16, 2024, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, followed by a funeral service beginning at 2:00 PM. Roger will be laid to rest in a burial ceremony starting at 3:15 PM.
Kevin Conley leaves behind a legacy of love, courage, and resilience. He will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
