Roger was born in Dubuque, Iowa, on May 26, 1942, son of Charles C. and Isabel (Pauly) Earle. He was united in marriage to the love of his life, Karen (Strohmeyer), on February 19, 1966, at Holy Ghost Catholic Church. Together they shared 58 years of love and happy memories.
Roger was a member of the first graduating class of Wahlert Catholic High School, graduating in 1960. He enlisted in the USAF and served our country from 1964-1968 achieving the rank of staff-sergeant.

Roger was a lifetime Catholic man, a devoted and loving husband to his wife Karen, and a caring and loving father to his two sons Roger II and Timothy. He taught them how to play guitar, fish, play cards, build and "fix" things, be kind to others and respect our Creator. Surviving are his wife Karen, sons Roger II (Michelle) and Timothy (Kimberly), 7 grandchildren, 2 great grand-children, sister-in-law Lynn (David) Feltes and many nieces and nephews.
