Roger Dayle Heikes
Roger Dayle Heikes, 69, born January 16, 1955 at Walker Airforce Base in Roswell, NM to Dorothy Jean Burrough Heikes and Dale Eugene Heikes.
Roger lived in Roswell, Alabama and Arkansas then joined the Army. He spent a short time in the Army, then did volunteer work at the V.A. Hospital in Fayetteville, AR for several years.
Roger is preceded in death by a baby brother Tommy Heikes; father Dale Heikes; sister Patricia Heikes/Brindle; mother Doroty J. Heikes Weaver; step-father Jimmy Weaver; brother Michael Heikes and brother Clinton Weaver.
He is survived by his sisters Susan Pomoransky and husband John of Fayetteville, AR., Rebecca Hurst and husband J.D. of Alabama, and Vickie Weaver Anthony and husband Chris of Alabama; brothers Donald Heikes of Alabama, and Kenny Weaver of Alabama; several nieces and nephews from Arkansas and Alabama.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 am, Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at South Park Cemetery.
