Roger Dale Hickenbottom, of Harrison, passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2025 at The Springs of Mt. Vista. He was 76 years old.
The son of Dale "Bill" and Dorothy Iris (Deweese) Hickenbottom was born on October 10, 1948 in Harrison, Arkansas.
Roger retired after many years from the Boone County Road Department. He enjoyed being outdoors and especially enjoyed hunting and fishing. Roger was a loving father, grandfather, brother and friend to many.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Robbin Hickenbottom; his parents; two brothers, Manuel and Mike Hickenbottom; one sister, Billie Carole Jennings; and one granddaughter, Cya Alford.
Survivors include one daughter, Jessica (John) Alford; three sons, Josh (Misty) Hickenbottom, Joe Guzman, and John (Arnecia) Guzman; eight grandchildren, Alyvia, Duke, Amilia, Elijah, Ty, Brooklyn, Lelina, and Mekayla; one sister, Marilyn Hickenbottom; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.
Visitation will be Thursday, March 13, 2025 at Coffman Funeral Home of Harrison from 5:00 to 7:00 PM
Funeral service is Friday, March 14, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Coffman Funeral Home of Harrison. John Alford will officiate. Burial will be at Maplewood Cemetery. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
