Roger Kinard Obituary
Roger Royce Kinard, 79, passed away Wednesday, December 28, 2022 in Graham. Graveside service will be held Saturday, December 31, 2022 at 2 p.m. in Pioneer Cemetery under the direction of Morrison Funeral Home.
Roger was born December 26, 1943 in Gorman to the late Royce J. and Martha (Tunstall) Kinard Nixon. He married Janet C. Smithson October 5, 1963 and she preceded him in death July 7, 2000. Roger married Macie McNeil March 1, 2008 in Graham. He was a former manager of Anthony’s Department Store and retired working in the retail grocery business. Roger loved fishing at our local lakes.
Survivors include: wife, Macie Kinard of Graham; daughters, Sydonia Bruce and husband, Randy of Hattiesburg, MS and Sharon Rose and husband, Jason of Fort Worth; stepdaughter, Debra Musgrave of Archer City; stepson, Kenneth McNeil of Comanche; three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by wife, Janet C. Kinard, stepsons, Robert McNeil, Ronald McNeil, and Gary McNeil and grandparents, John Thomas Kinard and Eunice Gage Kinard.
