Roger Lamoureux, 77, of Plano, Texas passed away peacefully on March 22, 2025, with loving family by his side. His warmth, kindness, and infectious smile will always be remembered by everyone who was lucky enough to have had him as part of their lives.
He was born and raised in Lowell, Massachusetts. The self-declared turning point of his life was at a young age when he met his soulmate and true love, Marilyn. Together they were one and shared nearly 59 years of marriage, building a life centered on mutual devotion and shared joys. As a father to his two sons, Roger was always present with unconditional love, wisdom, encouragement, humor and unwavering support. This extended to his four grandchildren who brought him tremendous happiness.
Roger was a well-respected sales executive in the food service industry. He took great pride in his career, but it was always the people and relationships that mattered most. Roger will be deeply missed by family and many great friends, but his memory will continue to inspire and guide us every day.
Roger is survived by his wife Marilyn; his sons Paul and his wife Laurie and Stephen; his grandchildren Danielle, Monique, Olivia, and Jack, along with his sisters Priscille and her husband Richard, Doris and her husband Tom, Jeannine, and his sister-in-law Priscilla. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Cecile and Leon Lamoureux, and his brother Normand.
A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 3, 2025, at St Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. If you wish to join the mass via webcast, please visit: https://youtube.com/live/fBQpW95FMMs?feature=share
