I would like to thank the family of Robert Matlock, for allowing me the great honor, of singing the Marine Corp Hymn, and the special verse of the U.S. Navy Hymn for U.S. Marines, at his Funeral Service! It was my pleasure to be a member of the
Atlanta American Legion Post 258, and the men's
Bible Study group, that meets every Thursday morning at 6:00 AM, with Roger! He faithfully attended both of these, when his health permitted him to do so. He loved the Lord, his family, the community, the Marine Corp, and his many friends! Roger will be greatly missed by everyone.
