Roger Riddle Obituary
Roger was born in Abingdon, Va. on March 19, 1947, to the late Theodore and Belvia Caudill Riddle.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Robin D. Riddle Pennington.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Roberta Skillman Riddle of Bristol, Va.; a daughter Rhonda Rodriguez and husband Youvanne Palacio Rodriguez of Florida; a son Donny Riddle of Pulaski, Va.; a brother, Ronnie Riddle of South Carolina; a sister, Jeanette Adams of Chilhowie, Va.; two grandsons, Justin Rodriguez of Bristol, Va., Eddie Rodriguez of Bristol, Va.; three granddaughters Kathryne Ann Pennington of Bristol, Va., Missy Rodriguez of Bristol, Va., Lindsey Riddle of Pulaski, Va.; numerous nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held on Monday, December 13, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at the Forest Hills Chapel of Farris Funeral Service, 19415 Lee Highway, Abingdon, Va. 24210, with Rev. Jerry A. Eggers officiating. The graveside service and burial will follow in the Forest Hills Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. in the Forest Hills Chapel.

I am very sad to be learning of my very special cousin's passing. He was so kind to me and understood. He was wise beyond words and knew just what to say. He was a friend as well as family and I miss our talks after he became ill. He loved his children and grandchildren. I express my condolences to all of his immediate family.
