Roger Rupert Stevens, Sr., “Old Timer”, was born on September 07, 1951 in Great Barrington, Massachusetts.
Roger fought mightily through a long battle with chronic pain, diabetes, heart, and kidney disease which he succumbed to at Bay State Medical Center on February 1, 2026. Although he suffered greatly, he never let these things keep him from being there for the ones he loved. Roger had an extreme affinity for working with his hands. He was a jack of all trades, a carpenter, farmer, mechanic, and had quite the green thumb. He was especially talented with machines and had a beautiful mind. He could seemingly fix anything he put his hands on. He retired as a beloved member of the team at Mill River Farm in Mill River, Massachusetts. Roger was a father and father figure to many. He welcomed all to his home and the love that he had for his family was immeasurable.
Roger was predeceased by his grandparents Rupert and Hazel, his parents Frederick and Pauline, and his brother Frederick Jr.
He leaves behind his loving wife of 51 years, Priscilla. His children Erica, Tonia (Greg), Lynn, Roger Jr. (Kasey), Christina (Jason), Shawn, and Thomas “Bird”.
