Rolando "Tatay Rolly" Go

Rolando "Tatay Rolly" Go, 76, of Wilmington, Delaware, passed away on December 7, 2025. Born on February 26, 1949, in the Philippines, he built a life marked by devotion, humility, and quiet strength. A loving husband to Magdalena Go, he was a proud father to Ronald and Reggie Go and a deeply cherished grandfather to Sofie and Aaron (children of Ronald and Anne), and Emee, Alyssa, and Reggie (children of Reggie and Len). He also leaves behind his beloved great-granddaughter Sa'Riyah Jones, daughter of Emee, who brought him immense joy.

Though Tatay never sought the spotlight, his family and friends know he more than earned the honor of being celebrated. He was a man of integrity, kindness, and generosity, whose steady presence and fatherly love shaped the lives of all who knew him.

For the last twenty years, Tatay lovingly helped care for his grandchildren, watching over them as they grew and proudly attending their activities, school events, and special moments. Being part of their everyday lives-and seeing them grow into who they are today-was one of his greatest joys.

He is survived by his wife, Magdalena; his children, Ronald (Anne) and Reggie (Len); his grandchildren and great-grandchild; his sister, Lita; and many extended family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at McCrery & Harra Funeral Homes & Crematory on Concord Pike in Wilmington, DE. Viewing will take place from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., followed by a service from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m..
