Ronald Keith Hilbert, age 73, passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2021, at a local hospital. Ronald was born January 19, 1947, in Cincinnati, Ohio, and lived most of his life in Texas.
He spent five years in the U.S. Air Force and after that he had a career as a Service Technician until he retired. He had many passions; golfing, fishing, reading and good food but nothing rivaled his love for his family. He embodied selflessness and considered his family his greatest accomplishment.
Ronald is survived by his wife, Linda Hilbert of Azle; daughters, Rachel Collantes and husband, Leo of Azle, Sacha Runion and husband, Brent of Azle; sisters, Patty Horembala and husband, Ed of Vancouver, Canada and Linda Lavis of Calgary, Canada; as well as several nieces and nephews, all over the world; grandchildren, Madison, Elijah, Reid, Eden, and Lauren; great-grandchildren, Aiden, Micah, Emerson, Amelia, and Everly, who is on the way.
He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Gladys Mauk Hilbert, and his brother, Gary Hilbert.
Funeral Ceremony will be held 10:00 a.m., Monday, January 18, 2021, at the Galbreaith Pickard Hilltop Chapel, 4941 I-20 Frontage Rd., Willow Park, Texas 76087.
