Kiefer, beloved father of Lynn Vorreyer and Brian (Nicole) Kiefer, cherished grandfather of Christina (Charles) Montgomery, Colin (Taylor) Vorreyer, Camden Kiefer and Sloane Kiefer and great-grandfather of Gemma Montgomery, loving brother of the late Ken (Mary) Kiefer, Robert (Sue) Kiefer and brother-in-law Marianne (the late Cecil) Buckner, Catherine (the late Tony) Dean and fond uncle to many nieces and nephews, dear son of the late Jacob and the late Josephine Kiefer.

Visitation Sunday, March 15, 2026, from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Modell Funeral Home, 7710 S. Cass Avenue, Darien and from 9:30 a.m. until the 10:30 a.m. Chapel Service on Monday, March 16, 2026. Entombment Clarendon Hills Cemetery.
