Rona M. Wolfe

Rona M. Wolfe, 84, of Ephrata, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2026, at Lancaster General Hospital- Penn Medicine.

She was born in Pen Argyl to the late Wesley and Margaret (Heller) Sandercock and was the wife of the late Rev. Barry Wolfe.

Rona attended Grace Point Church of the Nazarene. She also served in the Bell Choir at Hope United Methodist. Her faith was central to her life, and she remained devoted to the Lord throughout the years. Rona graduated from Houghton College with a bachelor's degree in education. She spent many of her working years as a Title One Tutor for Eastern Lancaster County School District. She had a heart for service and enjoyed volunteering and helping her community in many capacities. Up until recently she was delivering Meals on Wheels in the Ephrata Area, she volunteered in schools, and helped with the Embrace Grace ministry at her church. Rona found great joy in gardening, reading, doing puzzles, and especially spending time with her beloved grandchildren. She was an avid collector of angels and has an extensive collection.

She is survived by a daughter, Christina, wife of Larry Hagen; a son, Jonathan, husband of Beth Wolfe; six grandchildren, Jory, Ella, Mason, Olivia, Joshua and Madison.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 1:30 to 2:30 PM, Grace Point Church of the Nazarene, 110 Durlach Rd, Ephrata, followed by her Celebration of Life service at 2:30 PM. Inurnment will be private at the convenience of the family.
