Terry A. Wolfe

Terry A. Wolfe, age 69, of Hazen, PA, passed away on Friday, March 6, 2026, at his home. He was born in Brookville PA, on July 13, 1956, to the late Burton and Pearl (Martin) Wolfe.

Terry graduated from Brookville High School in Brookville, PA, with the class of 1974.

Terry spent many years working for the Pittsburg and Shawmut Railroad in Brookville, PA where he was part of a section crew responsible for repairing railroad tracks until his retirement.

Terry was an avid outdoorsman whose primary interest was both hunting and fishing. He was a man who preferred a solitude lifestyle and maintained a low public profile. Terry was content to find happiness in the everyday activities of his quieter personal life. A father, grandfather, and friend whose gentle nature will be greatly missed by those closest to him.

Terry is survived by three children; Jeremy (Eileen) Wolfe, April (David) Rizzo, Tara (Bob) Veley; seven grandchildren; Grace Wolfe, Owen Wolfe, Jacob Rizzo, Brady Rizzo, Olivia Rizzo, Madelyn Veley, Rya Veley; one sister; Linda Robbins of Knox Dale, PA; one brother; Steve (Susan) Wolfe of Brockway, PA; his caregiver Chris Thompson; along with two former spouses; Beverly Altman and Kim Wolfe, and his loyal dog, Rainey.

In addition to his parents, Terry was preceded in death by one brother-in-law; Robert Robbins.

Family and friends will be received for a visitation on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 1 -3 pm at the Carrier Funeral Home, 2834 Maplevale, Rd., Brookville, PA 15825. A memorial service will be held following the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm, also at the Carrier Funeral Home, and officiated by Pastor Joe Short. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carrier Funeral Home, 2834 Maplevale, Rd., Brookville, PA 15825.

Interment will take place privately at the Knox Dale Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Knox Twp., Jefferson Co., PA.
