Ronald Brusky of Wausau passed away unexpectedly at his home on his 85th birthday, Sunday, February 23, 2025.
Ron was born on February 23, 1940 in the Town of Hewitt, Wisconsin to the late Aloys and Louise (Kostka) Brusky.
He was employed at Greenheck Fan in the maintenance department until his retirement. Ron was united in marriage to Claire Hassenfuss and together they had three wonderful daughters Jodie, Margaret and Jackie
Ron is survived by his daughters Jodie (Gus) Spooner and Margaret "Peggy" Brusky; grandchildren Katelyn Spooner, Megan Spooner, Tucker Spooner, Rian Spooner, Mitchell Martin and Everett Martin; great granddaughter Evelyn Martin; and siblings Daniel (Carol) Brusky, David (Kathleen) Brusky, Mike (Joanne) Brusky, Junior (Jan) Brusky, Randall (Julie) Brusky, Karen (Wayne) Stewart, Rosalie Brusky and Lisa Brusky.
He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Claire, daughter Jackie and brother Gary.
Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at Brainard Funeral Home, 522 Adams St., Wausau. Visitation will take place from 11:00 AM til the time of service at the funeral home on Tuesday.
