Mr. Ronald Lee Burroughs peacefully passed on October 12, 2025. He was born and raised in Newark, N.J. He attended the Newark School System.
Ronnie was employed with Gourmet Dining Service at Seton Hall University for over 30 thirty years.
Ronnie was a friend to many, a Jack of all trades. He was unselfish and a great help in times of need. He had a smile that was contagious. He loved to hit the dance floor with or without a partner.
Ronnie will be missed but not forgotten.
He has two children: Mr. Rondel Garry Jr. (Mrs. Jasilee Garry) and Ms. Desire Biggers, and ten grandchildren:
Rondel Garry 3rd, Rylie Garry, Synciere Garry, Royal Garry, Dante Riley, Tyquan Herns, Achara Herns, Jaquze Mathis and Desire Brookins.
He is survived by his siblings: Mrs. Jessie Mae Achiaw (Mr. Dickson Achiaw), Mr. Jerome Burroughs, Mr. Nemire Burroughs (Mrs. Michele Burroughs) and Mrs. Tameka Mutalibu (Mr. Fuquan Mutalibu); his nieces and nephews: Tamah Burroughs, Yahennawah, Kwashi, Kwame Achiaw, Rajhan Smith, Jasmine Smith, Kamillah Barnes (Mr. Walter Barnes), Naimah Ward (Mr. Antwan Ward), Akesiha Burroughs, Shareef Burroughs, Darquell Burroughs, Shakelah Partlow, Quynesha Burroughs, Malika Murphy and Fuquan Murphy; his aunt and uncles: Ms. Clara Mae Hunt, Mr. Leroy Chapman and Mr. Robert Gardner; along with a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death his parents, Mr. Jesse Burt Burroughs and Mrs. Anna Claire Burroughs, and a sister, Ms. Deborah Ann Burroughs.
